Join Get Set Samba and catch the drumming bug. It’s fast! It’s fun! It’s instantly rewarding! It’s a great way to make new friends.

Get Set meets on Tuesday nights and the band has performed at events all over the region both on their own and as part of our larger community samba bands. Gigs have included awards celebrations, fetes, charity runs, music events, Durham Miners’ Gala, Crook Winter Light Parade and more.

Joining this band is the gateway to a whole new adventure that includes having opportunities to become a young leader over time, learning to lead and teach and assisting at workshops. No previous experience is necessary.
