If you are currently overwhelmed, feel that you need some help, or would like some advice to support someone else, you will find a list of services below that can listen and support you through difficult times.
If you are concerned that you are developing a mental health problem you should seek the advice and support of your GP as a matter of priority.
If you feel at any point that you are unable to keep yourself safe and are in immediate danger, call 999 and ask for an ambulance. If you are a young person, you can tell an adult you trust and ask them to call 999. You can also go straight to your local accident and emergency (A&E) department to explain your situation so that they can support you.
