Shortlisted for Youth Music Awards 2026

A proper Northern, proud-as-punch moment! Jack Drum Arts has been nominated for Youth Music’s ‘Outstanding Project Award’! Our Growing Green Music programme has put young people right at the heart of everything we do — giving them the opportunity to find their voice, develop their skills, build confidence and, most importantly, have fun making music. From 1-to-1 sessions and samba bands, to rock bands, organising festivals and events and participating in our Youth Leadership Programme, it’s a programme with young people, not just for young people. We couldn’t be prouder of our young people, our incredible team and everyone who made our programme the success that it has been over the last 3 years. Here’s hoping for a little bit of Northern magic!
