We’re recruiting a Lead Youth Worker
Jack Drum Arts is recruiting an experienced Lead Youth Worker to deliver Action Station, a new youth project funded by Million Hours Fund.
Do you want to make a positive difference to young people’s lives and their local community?
Do you enjoy working in a fast paced, ambitious, and creative team?
Can you work on your own initiative and use your experience to develop engaging activities and opportunities with and for young people?
Are you empathetic and ready to support young people through the challenges and pressures they face?
Regular weekly sessions will be delivered by the Lead Youth Worker, a youth worker and a freelance artist, who will work together to provide creative, social, and skills-based opportunities.
If you feel you have the skills, confidence, and initiative to lead on this project, then we want you to apply to join our team as Lead Youth Worker.
