Nordestinos is an entirely huge, unique, awe-inspiring, collaborative bloco performance consisting of 60+ drummers, brass players, vocalists, dancers and puppeteers from across the UK and beyond. The bloco performs an amazing melding of traditional Brazilian music and dance from the north east of Brazil, and the rich, deeply rooted traditions of folk song and dance from the north east of England, packaged and presented as a huge party from start to finish!
