Fundraiser Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to help drive our fundraising strategy. While a key focus will be securing grants from major national funders, we are also really keen to hear from candidates with a broader range of fundraising experience.
We are particularly interested in individuals who have successfully raised funds through alternative income streams, such as:
Individual Giving, Corporate Sponsorship, Legacy Giving, Crowd Funding, and Organising Fundraising Events
Key Responsibilities:
Identify suitable funding opportunities aligned with our current and future work
Create compelling proposals and grant applications
Develop and maintain relationships with funders and donors
Essential Experience:
Proven success in securing funding from major national trusts and foundations
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
Ability to work effectively under deadlines
Strong understanding of the UK funding landscape, especially in the arts, heritage, and the voluntary and community sector
Contract Details:
Anticipated commitment of one day per week, role could be on a freelance or PAYE basis
Pay rate negotiable based on experience and availability
