Fundraiser Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced fundraiser to help drive our fundraising strategy. While a key focus will be securing grants from major national funders, we are also really keen to hear from candidates with a broader range of fundraising experience.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have successfully raised funds through alternative income streams, such as:

Individual Giving, Corporate Sponsorship, Legacy Giving, Crowd Funding, and Organising Fundraising Events

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable funding opportunities aligned with our current and future work

• Create compelling proposals and grant applications

• Develop and maintain relationships with funders and donors

Essential Experience:

• Proven success in securing funding from major national trusts and foundations

• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills

• Ability to work effectively under deadlines

• Strong understanding of the UK funding landscape, especially in the arts, heritage, and the voluntary and community sector

Contract Details:

• Anticipated commitment of one day per week, role could be on a freelance or PAYE basis

• Pay rate negotiable based on experience and availability
